Rules & Procedures for the Conduct of Public Hearings

Pursuant to the Mobilehome Rent Stabilization Ordinance, Mobilehome Park Owners may request a hearing before the Mobilehome Rent Review Commission for rent increase applications and other applications for which a hearing is required under the Ordinance.

The Rules and Procedures for the Conduct of Public Hearings is a "stand-alone" document which can be distributed to applicants and other interested parties and referred to by the Commission at its hearings.
