The City Council appreciates your citizen service interest in serving your community through participation on a commission or committee. The City Council will consider for appointment all persons willing to serve whose interests, background, experience, perspective and talents may significantly contribute to the purpose of the various commissions and committees.
Individuals interested in being appointed to a commission or committee should complete a Citizen Service Application and return the form to the General Services/City Clerk Department. Commission/committee members are required to take an oath of office and attend meetings on a regular basis. Pursuant to the City of Yucaipa Conflict of Interest Code, commission/committee members may be required to file a Statement of Economic Interests - Form 700 upon assuming office, annually, and upon leaving office.
