The Mobilehome Rent Review Commission is comprised of five (5) members, appointed at-large by the City Council. At-large terms run for two years. The Mobilehome Rent Review Commission reviews, hears and determines rent adjustment applications pursuant to the provisions of the Rent Stabilization Program and to adjust maximum rents or maintain rents upon completion of its hearings and investigations. Mobilehome Rent Review Commission meetings are held on an as-needed basis.
