Term of Office:

Terms of commission members shall be two years or until their successors are appointed.

Qualifications:

The members of the Commission and the alternate members shall be persons who are neither residents nor park owners who have no financial interest (as defined by state law) in any mobilehome or mobilehome park and have no parents, children, spouses or siblings with any such interest. The members and alternates shall file a declaration to this effect with the City Clerk. All members shall be residents of the City. (YMC 15.20.070 (A)[1][2])

Meetings:

Mobilehome Rent Review Commission meetings are held on an as-needed basis.
