Welcome to the City Manager Department
The City Manager is the Chief Administrative Officer
of the City. Under the direction of the City Council, the City Manager is responsible
for the efficient and effective operation of all City functions. This department
implements Council policies, programs and directives and is responsible for
the annual presentation of the City's
budget document.
The City Manager serves as an advisor to the City Council
on matters of finance, administration, resource allocation and future needs
of the community. In addition, the City Manager serves as the City Treasurer
and Executive Director of the
Redevelopment Agency.
