Electronic Agenda Packets, approved Minutes, and on-demand audio for current and past Yucaipa City Council/RDA meetings can be accessed using the links on the left side of the screen. The Agenda Packets include draft Minutes and links to complete reports (including attachments and exhibits) for each Agenda item. Agenda packets are posted online on Thursday prior to the City Council meeting. The approved Minutes will be posted online once they have been signed by the Mayor (Council Minutes) or the Chairperson (RDA Minutes).
Electronic Agenda Packets and Minutes are available as PDF (Portable Document Format) files. To view these documents, you must use the Adobe Acrobat Reader software (available free from Adobe Systems Incorporated).
To download a document, simply click on the file name. File download times and audio buffering can vary widely based on your modem, your connection type, your audio device and your Internet service provider. Agenda Packets and audio files vary in size and may require a significant amount of time to download.
